                   At the annual general meeting on Thursday 13  July 1995, before Arthur handed over to
                   President-elect Geoff Paul, the Treasurer Rex Wyatt presented his financial statement,
                   showing a credit balance of $873.06, subscriptions were confirmed at $25 p.a. (no
                                                               th
                   change) and President Arthur presented the 12  annual President’s report.
                           Membership numbers stood at 57 at the end of Harry Brennan’s year. Seven new
                   members were inducted and there were 3 resignations. The net membership was 61 when
                   Arthur handed over to Geoff Paul.
                          One of    the  resignations  was that of Bob Shellard, who was a foundation
                   member and was foundation Secretary for four months from June 1983, when he resigned
                                         th
                   from that position on 6  October 1983 and Lex Lillie took over. Bob was the Club’s third
                   President, serving in 1985/1986.  Bob and his wife, Shelley, left the Lilydale area to
                   move to Benalla. They were still residing there at the time of writing. They came back for
                   the foundation re-enactment meeting in December 1997, when Fred Harding was
                   President.
