TOO LATE. Keith McLennan is happy (?) to take on the job or at least gather the
information, collate and update periodically. Any financial requirements will be
discussed at a later time. Members with photographs, memorabilia etc. were to be
encouraged to contact Keith”

Jack Keefe was congratulated at the June meeting on celebrating his 94 birthday. The
Club, with assistance from Bruce Woodward, prepared a list of reputable trades persons,
who have provided satisfactory services to members of our Club. Services included
plumbing, electrical, car maintenance, gardening services and painting. Members were
encouraged to recommend trades people whom they consider to be reliable and
trustworthy.
A motion was moved at the September meeting that the general meetings
commence at 9.30a.m. between October and March, but when put to the vote, it was
defeated, almost unanimously. When the Club first started, it was written in the initial

the meetings be two hours, from 10 am until 12 Noon. The format of the meeting was to
be: 30 minutes for a formal meeting, 30 minutes for coffee and socializing and one hour
for the guest speaker. For a number of years the Club commenced the annual general
meeting at 9.30 am and, on some other special occasions, such as the December meeting
