President Jack said, “My aim for the year is to maintain the family fellowship and
happy social atmosphere with the help of the ladies”. He also said “We are not a business
endeavoring to get bigger and bigger and trying to update the value of our shares.” Jack
then said “I am prepar ing to take the Probus Club of Lilydale into its first full year of the

new Millenium.” He closed the 17 annual general meeting and then welcomed the

members to the 189 general meeting in the Probus Club’s history.
