Probus Etiquette and Legal requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Members are reminded to sign in and\u00a0must<\/em> sign out (for Insurance purposes) if they leave the meeting prior to the conclusion which includes the Guest Speaker.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Members are requested to tender their apology for non attendance.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Fees are due and payable on the 1st March each year and should be paid before the 30th April. For the year ending 29 February 2024 the Annual Subscription is $45.00. There is currently no joining fee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4. If any member prefers not to have their photos published, they are asked to advise the secretary.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Members are requested to pay for all Probus outings by the date requested to confirm their bookings.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Members are asked to fill in and always carry the Medical Cards provided when they are on any official Probus outings and meetings.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Members who wish to cancel any trip should do so verbally to a member of the Trips committee.<\/span><\/p>\n
