Probus Etiquette and Legal requirements:

1. Members are reminded to sign in and must sign out (for Insurance purposes) if they leave the meeting prior to the conclusion which includes the Guest Speaker.

2. Members are requested to tender their apology for non attendance.

3. Fees are due and payable on the 1st March each year and should be paid before the 30th April. For the year ending 29 February 2024 the Annual Subscription is $45.00. There is currently no joining fee. 

4. If any member prefers not to have their photos published, they are asked to advise the secretary.

5. Members are requested to pay for all Probus outings by the date requested to confirm their bookings.

6. Members are asked to fill in and always carry the Medical Cards provided when they are on any official Probus outings and meetings.

7. Members who wish to cancel any trip should do so verbally to a member of the Trips committee.
