RAPEVINE PROCEDURE. 2020 – 2021
In the advent that the committee need to urgently contact all members with information of bereavement, or other important matters etc. the procedure should be as follows: It is the responsibility of all Lilydale Probus Club Members to initially contact the PRESIDENT or in absence, the VICE PRESIDENT, as soon as possible with the relevant information. The PRESIDENT or the VICE PRESIDENT initates a team to contact members.
